Job description

Elaborates and analyzes implements Quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as parts of effective an agile/lean oriented Quality Management Systems, in a specific Quality area, or in an assigned organization unit.

* Drives and monitors NPS and CXI measures along the E2E customer journey.

* Creates transparent and open environment for quality culture together with management.

* Gives guidance that risks are identified, considered and controlled throughout the design and the use of the quality management system.

* Creates real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.

* Drives innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking outside of the box, coaching and fostering the application of creativity methods.

* Trains employees in a specific quality area.

* Coaches team members of agile/lean projects or even leads agile projects e.g. as a SCRUM master.

* Ensures, implements and assess quality related standards and legal requirements in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.

* Analyzes and improves a series of process steps by applying appropriate methods like Value Stream Mapping.

* Coordinates a group of quality related staff without leading the team.

* Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Coordinates an assigned international/national quality network in a specific quality area.

* Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.

* Advices business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.

* Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.

* Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.

* Drives and coaches unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.

* Contributes to budget planning processes

Job requirements

We zoeken een QMIP voor hoofdzakelijk 2 grote projecten HSL zuid en OBU Virm. Bewaking van kwaliteitsmanagement op het project, audits, RCA, klantcontact op Q-mgt etc. Nederlandse taal is een must. Werkzaamheden zijn vanuit kantoor Zoetermeer en af en toe onsite. Freelance is mogelijk en inzet is tot eind 2027.
