Controlling

• Overall project budgetting support (business & IT, central & local)

• Monitor scope changes and impact on resource capacity plan depending on changes in workload or shift in workload between parties    

• Budget reallocation depending on scope and associated changes as reflected in resource capacity plan   

• Monitor actual spend versus budget (SAP actuals analysis)  

• Update latest estimate financial forecast       

• Compare timewriting with resource capacity plan and identify deviations leading to over/underspend of time to identify financial risk / opportunity

Accounting   

• Central Business backfill resource and expenses cross-charge to project WBS   

• Review central IT backfill resource and expenses cross-charge to project WBS 

• Travel costs cross-charges from countries like for workshops etc. (interco aico charge)  - if any at all

Purchasing 

• Review purchase order request from business and process further in case needed   

• invoice booking for central business backfill costs after review with GIS finance

• invoice booking for IT costs after review with GIS finance

Requirements:

• Minimal of 5 years experience

• Background in Project Cost Control
