As a Product Owner Integral Business Planning (IBP) at ASML, you balance demand, supply, and capacity across the global network. You bridge the gap between business and IT, building a future-proof roadmap in a highly dynamic high-tech environment.

Within the Planning & Delivery (P&D) sector, you translate complex planning challenges into scalable digital solutions. ASML is executing a major transformation, replacing its legacy SAP system with Maestro within a new ERP landscape, while simultaneously shifting the IT organization toward a hybrid collaboration model. In this fast-paced and evolving setup, you maintain the big picture, drive value-based delivery, and bring structure and clarity to product backlog prioritization.

• You define a compelling product vision and manage the backlog for Integral Business Planning capabilities.

• You balance business demand against team capacity and ensure the right skills are proactively deployed.

• You translate planning and operational processes into concrete system functionalities and robust data models.

• You act as the primary interface between logistics, operations, and IT development teams to align priorities and roadmaps.

• You manage and influence senior stakeholders at director, senior director, and vice president levels across organizational layers.

You are successful as a Product Owner Integral Business Planning (IBP) if you meet the following objective criteria:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.

• You have at least 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations management.

• You have led business role transitions within large-scale global transformation programs at multinational companies.

• You have hands-on experience with enterprise-wide ERP transformations and planning system deployments, specifically including SAP HANA.
