Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support across various jurisdictions

• Specialize in corporate/M&A, banking & finance, or construction law

• Manage and advise on legal matters within the company

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and legal accuracy

• Handle multiple legal tasks and projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• 7+ years of work experience as an attorney at law in one of the bigger law firms

• Or 5+ years as an attorney at law combined with 2+ years as a legal counsel in our industry

• Experience gained within a top-tier law firm or leading multinational company

• Expertise in corporate/M&A or banking & finance, construction law

• Eager to learn and advise about legal matters in other jurisdictions

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
