Job Description

Are you an experienced professional looking to drive digital communication projects within a global tech leader? As a Communications Project Manager at ASML, you bridge the gap between IT and communications, delivering high-impact platforms in the dynamic Brainport region.

At ASML, the global Communications team engages key audiences to build trust and adapt to the company's continuous growth. Within the Strategy, Insights & Operations (SIO) team, you manage complex workstreams in the digital domain. You take full ownership of project delivery, align resources across communications and IT, and ensure seamless supplier management. 

• Lead and manage digital communication projects with timelines ranging from 6 to 16 months.

• Oversee cross-functional project teams of 2 to 8 FTE, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

• Manage the critical interface between corporate communication requirements and IT implementation.

• Take charge of project risk management, structured reporting, and benefit realization.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and advise on improvement solutions to mature the communications function.

You are successful when:

• You have at least 7 years of demonstrable experience in managing digital communications programs or projects.

• You bring a minimum of 10 years of work experience within a high-tech corporate environment.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• You possess an advanced level of English (C1 or higher).
